Dormer Loft Conversion

The most popular type of loft conversion. A dormer is a structural extension which projects vertically from the plane of a sloping roof, creating additional floor space and headroom.

Hip to Gable Conversion

Ideal for semi-detached and detached homes. This involves extending the sloping 'hip' roof out to the side to create a vertical 'gable' wall, maximizing internal space.

Hip to Gable & Rear Dormer

Combining two conversion types to completely transform your home, offering the maximum possible space extension for detached and semi-detached properties.

L-Shaped Dormer

Perfect for Victorian and Edwardian period properties with a rear addition. This creates a large amount of space, often enough for two bedrooms and a bathroom.
